Chelsea forward Mykhailo Mudryk appeals to Cas against reported four-year ban

Chelsea forward Mykhailo Mudryk, 25, has appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) against a reported four-year ban issued by the Football Association for use of a banned substance. The Ukrainian winger has not played a competitive match since November 2024 following a failed drug test while on international duty with Ukraine. If the four-year ban stands, Mudryk would be ineligible to play until December 2028, but a successful appeal could see him return as early as next year.
