Chicago Fire are finalizing a loan deal to sign 22-year-old defender Noah Allen from Inter Miami, with a purchase option included in the agreement. Allen, a product of Inter Miami's academy, made 132 first-team appearances for the club, winning MLS Cup, the Supporters' Shield, and Leagues Cup.
