Chris Taylor changes mind about retirement, appears on minor league injured list

Chris Taylor, 35, has reversed his retirement decision and been placed on the minor league injured list after fracturing his left forearm when hit by a pitch on May 20 while playing for the Los Angeles Angels' Triple-A affiliate, the Salt Lake Bees. He had been listed as retired on MiLB's website on Friday, May 22, but the status change was reported by MLB.com's Rhett Bollinger on May 24. Taylor spent a decade with the Los Angeles Dodgers before joining the Angels organization.
