Christian Wade: Newcastle winger closes in on Prem Rugby try record

Newcastle winger Christian Wade, 35, scored a hat-trick in Newcastle's 34-28 loss at Exeter to bring his career Premiership Rugby try tally to 100. He needs just one more try to equal Chris Ashton's record of 101 Premiership tries, which was set in April 2023. Newcastle head coach Dan McFarland expressed confidence that Wade will break the record.
