Cincinnati Open: Top seeds Aryna Sabalenka and Alexander Zverev stunned in last 16 as Coco Gauff progresses to quarter-finals

World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka was knocked out of the Cincinnati Open in the last 16, losing to unseeded Czech player Sara Bejlek (ranked 35th) 7-6(7) 6-4 in under two hours. Bejlek, 20, rallied from 5-1 down in the first-set tiebreak and 4-1 down in the second set to claim her first career win over a top-10 opponent and advance to the quarter-finals. Men's top seed Alexander Zverev also suffered a last-16 defeat, while Coco Gauff successfully progressed to the quarter-finals.
