Closing golf’s education gap

PGA Member Aaron Quinn founded Essex Golf College in 2020 and has since expanded it into County Golf Colleges, now operating across four sites in Essex, London, Kent, and Surrey. The programme offers golfers aged 16 to 18 the opportunity to combine a Level 3 sports qualification with golf development and a potential pathway into PGA training. Quinn created the initiative to address a gap he identified between school, elite amateur golf, university routes, and professional coaching.
