Colts fire GM Ballard after home loss to Titans, cite 'necessary' change

The Indianapolis Colts fired general manager Chris Ballard one day after the team suffered a home loss to the previously winless Tennessee Titans. Owner Carlie Irsay-Gordon stated that 'a change in leadership is necessary,' indicating the decision was driven by the team's poor performance. Ballard had served as the Colts' GM and his dismissal marks a significant leadership shake-up for the franchise.
