Como sign defender Chalobah from Chelsea

Como have signed defender Trevoh Chalobah from Chelsea in a permanent deal worth more than £30m. The transfer sees the English defender move to the Italian Serie A side Como. The fee represents a significant investment by the newly promoted club.
