Connor McDavid voted 2025-26 Ted Lindsay Award recipient by NHLPA members

Connor McDavid of the Edmonton Oilers has been voted the 2025-26 Ted Lindsay Award recipient by NHLPA members, as announced on June 7, 2026. McDavid becomes only the second player in history to win the award five times, joining Wayne Gretzky, having previously won in 2016-17, 2017-18, 2020-21, and 2022-23. The Oilers captain also made history as the third-fastest player to reach 1,200 NHL points, achieving the milestone in 784 games behind only Gretzky and Mario Lemieux.
