Conor Benn, Ryan Garcia make weight ahead of Saturday night title fight

Conor Benn and Ryan Garcia both successfully made the 147-pound welterweight limit at Friday's official weigh-in at the UFC Meta Apex in Las Vegas, with Benn coming in at 146 pounds and Garcia at 145.5 pounds. The two will fight for the WBC welterweight title at T-Mobile Arena on Saturday night. Benn's weight cut had been a major talking point all week, as the 29-year-old had not competed at welterweight in 4.5 years, having moved up to middleweight for his two 2025 bouts against Chris Eubank Jr.
