Conor McGregor returning to fight Max Holloway in July

Conor McGregor (22-6-0) will return to the UFC on July 11 in Las Vegas to face former featherweight champion Max Holloway (27-9-0) in a nontitle welterweight bout as the main event of UFC 329 during International Fight Week. The fight is a rematch of their August 2013 featherweight bout, which McGregor won by decision. McGregor, 37, has not fought since July 2021 when he lost by TKO to Dustin Poirier after breaking his leg, while Holloway, 34, most recently lost to Charles Oliveira in March 2025.
