Tom Pidcock, riding for Pinarello - Q36.5 Pro Cycling, has already claimed the mountain biking World Championship title in Val di Sole in 2026, starting from the fifth row and overtaking all competitors. He is now aiming to complete a unique double at the World Cycling Championships in Canada, having enjoyed a strong season that included a second place in Milan–Sanremo, victory in Milan–Turin, and ninth overall at the Tour de France. Pidcock has been sharing photos of his extensive preparation, which includes mud training sessions, as he bids to add a road world title to his rainbow jersey.
