Current and former Saints players to collide in Champ Rugby final

Bedford Blues secured their place in the Elior Champ Rugby play-off final thanks to tries from current Northampton Saints loanees Archie Benson and Toby Thame. Worcester Warriors also qualified after ex-Saints back Jake Garside scored a late winner against table-toppers Ealing Trailfinders. Bedford will host Worcester in the final at Goldington Road on Sunday, May 31, 2026, with a 3pm kick-off.
