Cyclists criticise ‘catastrophic’ safety measures after Finlay Tarling’s death
Nineteen-year-old Welsh cyclist Finlay Tarling died on Friday after colliding with a non-race vehicle that was driving towards the peloton during the eighth stage of the Volta a Portugal.
