The Czech Republic defeated Ukraine 2-0 to claim their 12th Billie Jean King Cup title. Karolina Muchova, this year's Wimbledon runner-up, opened with a 6-2 6-3 victory over Anhelina Kalinina, before Linda Noskova sealed the win with a 6-3 7-6 (7-5) result. The victory denied Ukraine what would have been their first title in the competition.
