'Dad's Army' proving golden for Yorkshire in Blast

Yorkshire head coach Anthony McGrath has credited the club's 'Dad's Army' recruitment strategy for their strong start in the T20 Blast, having won their opening two North Group matches. The county signed experienced players including former England all-rounder Moeen Ali, 38, who came out of retirement on a one-year T20-only contract, and Australian pace bowler AJ Tye, 39, on a similar deal. Moeen contributed a half-century while Tye also impressed in the early victories.
