Jeffrey De Graaf won his second PDC Tour title at Players Championship 19 in Milton Keynes, defeating Johnny Clayton 8-5 in the final with an average of 101.11. The 35-year-old overcame top seed Wessel Nijman in the quarter-finals and Luke Woodhouse in the semi-finals en route to the title. The victory earned De Graaf £15,000 in prize money and moved him up six places to 50th in the rankings, marking his first title since his maiden PDC crown in August 2025.
