Defending champion Coco Gauff crashes out in third round of the French Open

Defending champion Coco Gauff, the American fourth seed, was eliminated in the third round of the French Open after losing to her opponent 4-6 7-6 (1) 6-4. Gauff had taken the first set but ultimately could not hold on, falling in three sets. The defeat ends her title defence at Roland Garros.
