Denny Hamlin Tells Dale Jr. ‘That’s Not Sport’ in Their Split Over Carson Hocevar

NASCAR drivers and commentators Denny Hamlin and Dale Earnhardt Jr. both agreed that Carson Hocevar intentionally brake-checked Austin Cindric at Martinsville Speedway, but disagreed on who should be responsible for addressing the incident. Hamlin took a harder stance, reportedly telling Earnhardt that such behavior 'isn't sport,' while Earnhardt, who co-owns JR Motorsports, held a differing view on the appropriate response. The dispute highlights ongoing tensions in NASCAR over driver conduct and enforcement of racing etiquette.
