Brazilian Olympic silver medallist Alison Dos Santos won the men's 400m hurdles at the Diamond League Silesia meeting (Kamila Skolimowska Memorial in Poland) on 23 August 2026, clocking a world-leading time of 46.43 seconds. The result marked his fifth 400m hurdles victory in the 2026 Diamond League Series and his third win over Norwegian world record holder Karsten Warholm this season, following victories in Xiamen and Oslo. Warholm finished second with a season best of 46.52, while fellow Brazilian Matheus Lima took third in a personal record of 47.26.
