Diggs found not guilty of assault, strangulation

A jury found former New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs not guilty on Tuesday of felony strangulation and misdemeanor assault and battery charges. The verdict clears Diggs of the serious criminal allegations he had been facing. No sentencing or further legal consequences related to these charges will follow given the not guilty verdict.
