Dodgers place reliever Blake Treinen on the injured list

The Los Angeles Dodgers have placed reliever Blake Treinen on the injured list due to inflammation in his right elbow. To fill the roster spot, right-handed pitcher Chayce McDermott has been recalled from the minor leagues.
