Doku pens new City deal; Reijnders set for exit

Manchester City have confirmed that winger Jérémy Doku, 24, has signed a new five-year contract extension running until 2031 with an option for a further year, joining Phil Foden, Josko Gvardiol, and Abdukodir Khusanov in committing long-term to the club this summer. Meanwhile, City are in negotiations with Saudi side Al-Qadsiah over a deal for midfielder Tijjani Reijnders, who joined from Milan last summer for £46.5 million, with talks centring on a package worth more than £50 million. Separately, Barcelona have had a second bid of £55 million rejected for Rodri, whom City value at more than £60 million, with the Spaniard having one year remaining on his contract.
