Dorofeyev, Hertl regain their scoring touch in time

The Vegas Golden Knights defeated the Anaheim Ducks 3-2 in overtime in Game 5 on Tuesday at T-Mobile Arena, taking a 3-2 series lead. Pavel Dorofeyev scored a power play goal in the first period and then netted the overtime winner at 4:10 of OT, despite leaving the ice briefly after blocking a shot in the second period. Tomas Hertl also contributed as both forwards ended their scoring slumps; Game 6 is scheduled for Thursday at Honda Center, where Vegas can advance to the Western Conference Finals.
