The 37-year-old recorded eight birdies at Golfclub Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee-Reith to reach 11 under par for the tournament. Johnston leads by one shot heading into the weekend, with Rafa Cabrera Bello, Calum Hill among those in the chasing pack.
