Draper withdraws from Washington

Jack Draper withdrew from the Mubadala DC Open on Monday due to a left arm injury, marking his latest setback after also pulling out of Wimbledon following his appearance at Eastbourne in June. The British player, currently ranked No. 147 in the PIF ATP Rankings after reaching a career-high No. 4 last year, had received a wild card into the ATP 500 event. Mackenzie McDonald will replace Draper in the draw as a lucky loser, with Draper having been scheduled to face Alex Michelsen.
