Drysdale signs 4-year, $26 million contract with Flyers

Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Jamie Drysdale, 24, has signed a four-year, $26 million contract with an average annual value of $6.5 million, avoiding salary arbitration. Drysdale tied his NHL career high with 32 points (8 goals, 24 assists) in 78 regular-season games last season, adding 4 points in 10 playoff games. The signing comes two days after the Flyers also signed forward Trevor Zegras to a four-year, $36.5 million deal.
