Eagles missing top two WRs as Smith, Wicks ruled out vs. Cowboys

The Philadelphia Eagles will be without their top two wide receivers, DeVonta Smith and Jahan Wicks, who have both been ruled out for their upcoming game against the Dallas Cowboys.
