Edmonton Oilers depth chart: How do they look after a flurry of activity?
The Edmonton Oilers made several major moves on Day 1 of NHL free agency on July 1, beginning with 18 of 23 roster spots filled and $7,415,834 in cap space. General manager Stan Bowman traded veteran defenceman Darnell Nurse, acquired goaltender Devon Levi from the Buffalo Sabres, and signed veteran goalie Frederik Andersen to a one-year deal, while also reworking the left side of the defence and adding wing depth.
