Eilish McColgan claimed a record fourth Vitality London 10,000 title on September 27, winning in 31:50 just two weeks after blisters forced her out of the Great North Run, finishing ahead of Jess Warner-Judd (33:13) and Kate Estlea-Morris (33:58). Kadar Omar Abdullahi won the men's race in 29:20, with Phil Sesemann second in 29:39, while David Weir took the men's wheelchair title in 21:43 for his fifth victory at the event and third consecutive win. Claudia Burrough won the women's wheelchair race in 29:10.
