Emily wins Snowdon International as Women land team golds

Emily McNicol won the Snowdon International fell race in Wales, beating England's Hannah Russell by 41 seconds with a winning time of 1:16:56. Her victory helped Scotland's women's team claim the Senior Home International team title, edging England by just one point, with Holly Page finishing fifth and Grace Pow sixth. In the men's race, Italy swept the top three individual places, with Berti Massimiliano winning in 64:13, while Scotland finished second team behind England.
