Emma Raducanu, the British No 1, is set to compete at the Rome Open after missing several events due to a viral illness and a right hand injury that forced her withdrawal from the Madrid Open last week. The draw has placed her on a potential collision course with Coco Gauff in the third round — the same player who knocked her out at the same stage in Rome last year.
