England avoid Australia & India in World Cup draw

England have been drawn to avoid both defending champions Australia and top-ranked India in the group stage of the 2027 ICC Cricket World Cup. The draw has placed England in a separate group from those two major rivals, giving them a potentially more favourable path through the tournament's early stages. The 2027 ICC Cricket World Cup draw has now been completed, setting out the group-stage fixtures for the upcoming edition of the event.
