England call up former junior Springbok for Nations Championship as Borthwick seeks impetus

England have called up Bristol Bears centre Benhard Janse van Rensburg, a former South Africa U20 international, to their 42-man training squad ahead of the inaugural Nations Championship this summer. The 29-year-old will become eligible for England on residency grounds on 8 July, having spent five years in the UK since joining London Irish, meaning he could make his full debut against Fiji at Everton's Hill Dickinson Stadium the weekend of 12 July.
