England coach should be English, suggests Fleming

New Zealand's Stephen Fleming, who has been appointed as England's new Test cricket coach, has suggested that the England national team should ideally be led by an English coach. Fleming made these comments despite himself being a New Zealander taking on the role. The statement has raised questions about the appointment and the broader philosophy of national team coaching selection.
