England rugby squad: Captain Maro Itoje returns but Courtney Lawes and Joe Marchant made to wait after Prem returns

England head coach Steve Borthwick has named Maro Itoje as captain in his latest squad, with Itoje returning to the setup. However, Courtney Lawes and Joe Marchant, both of whom have recently returned from French clubs to the Gallagher Premiership, have been left out as Borthwick wants to monitor their reintegration into domestic rugby before considering them for international selection. Archie McParland and Kepueli Tuipulotu have received call-ups to the squad.
