England U15s win due to odd uncontested penalty

England's Under-15s beat Bolivia 3-2 at the Under-15 World Cup in Azerbaijan on Friday after Bolivia's goalkeeper made no attempt to save a late penalty, with Bolivia players subsequently confronting the referee and England players. The controversial result follows another incident earlier in the week when England's match against the Republic of Ireland on Monday was abandoned after England players walked off following an alleged racist remark. FIFA has confirmed it is aware of both incidents, with the matter being referred to an independent disciplinary committee.
