England Under-15s walk off pitch against Ireland in World Cup after racism allegation

England's Under-15 football team abandoned their FIFA World Cup Group C match against the Republic of Ireland in Baku, Azerbaijan on Monday after an England player alleged he was called a 'monkey' by an opponent in the final minute of the game, with Ireland leading 4-1. England's head coach Matt Thorpe approached the referee following the complaint, and the players refused to resume the match. FIFA has confirmed it is investigating the incident.
