Erling Haaland rested by Man City for Champions League clash after injury

Erling Haaland has been left out of Manchester City's squad for their Champions League match after picking up an injury during the weekend game against Ipswich. The Norwegian striker was already considered a doubt following that match, and City have opted to rest him rather than risk aggravating the problem. His absence is a significant blow to City's attack heading into the European fixture.
