Ex-Bellator champ Yaroslav Amosov ready to go big after UFC 328

Former Bellator welterweight champion Yaroslav Amosov improved to 2-0 in the UFC with a second-round arm-triangle choke submission of Joel Alvarez (23-4) at UFC 328 on Saturday at Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. Amosov, now 30-1 overall, previously submitted Neil Magny in his UFC debut in December. The Ukrainian fighter, whose only career loss came to Jason Jackson at Bellator 301, stated he is eager to climb the UFC rankings quickly after noting the significantly higher profile of competing under the UFC banner.
