Ex-Chargers LB Smith dies as family cites CTE

Former Los Angeles Chargers linebacker Billy Ray Smith Jr., a College Football Hall of Famer, has died at the age of 64. His family attributed his death to dementia caused by CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy).
