Ex-FIA steward warns Lewis Hamilton after targeting officials over penalty streak
Lewis Hamilton has received four penalties across three Formula 1 race weekends, including a five-second penalty at the Hungarian GP for exceeding the pit-lane speed limit by just 0.1 km/h during a VSC period.
