F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix extended through 2037 after Clark County approval
Clark County commissioners in Nevada approved a 10-year extension of the Las Vegas Grand Prix on May 19, keeping the race on the Formula 1 calendar through 2037. The race, which debuted in 2023, faced early challenges including water valve cover issues and traffic problems. F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali highlighted the deal as part of the series' broader US growth strategy, with the country now hosting three F1 races, and said the extension will enable infrastructure investments to improve logistics and event setup.
