Featherweight Arnold Allen back on winning track at UFC Fight Night

Seventh-ranked featherweight Arnold Allen defeated No. 12 Melquizael Costa by unanimous decision (50-45, 50-45, 49-46) at UFC Fight Night in Las Vegas on Saturday, ending Costa's six-fight winning streak. Allen (21-4) secured a first-round knockdown and landed 44 significant strikes in the third round to build a commanding lead, marking his first UFC win since beating Giga Chikadze in July 2024. In the co-main event, South Korean featherweight DooHo Choi stopped Brazil's Daniel Santos by TKO at 4:29 of the second round in a comeback victory, returning from a knee injury that kept him out of action through 2025.
