Ferrari left Miami with more questions than points. How can it catch Mercedes?
Ferrari arrived at the Miami Grand Prix with 11 upgrades β the most of any team on the grid β but left disappointed after Charles Leclerc's race unraveled in the final corners and Lewis Hamilton suffered damage on the opening lap. Kimi Antonelli won the race for Mercedes, while McLaren also outperformed Ferrari following its own seven-upgrade package, with Lando Norris taking pole and the sprint race win. Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseur insisted the updates are working, but the team faces further pressure as Mercedes plans a larger upgrade package for the Canadian Grand Prix on May 24.
