Ferrari to ‘thoroughly’ investigate Lewis Hamilton Madring brake failure

Lewis Hamilton was forced to retire from the Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid due to a brake failure, with his pedal going long and preventing him from adequately slowing the car. Ferrari Team Principal Fred Vasseur confirmed the team does not yet know the exact cause of the brake system issue but pledged a thorough investigation. Charles Leclerc salvaged fourth place for Ferrari, running a long opening stint on hard tyres before pitting late in the race.
