
Five more rugby greats complete prestigious World Rugby Hall of Fame class of 2026
World Rugby has announced five new inductees to the World Rugby Hall of Fame class of 2026: Abdelatif Benazzi (France), Jen Crawford (USA), Sue Day (England), Diego Dominguez (Italy), and Rochelle Martin (New Zealand), joining previously announced Joel Stransky and Zinzan Brooke to bring the total number of Hall of Fame inductees to 182 since its founding in 2006. Crawford and Day will be inducted on 30 October at a WXV Global Series match between USA and England in New Jersey, while Martin will be honored on 31 October in Christchurch during a Black Ferns vs France encounter. Benazzi, who earned 78 caps for France between 1990 and 2001, is now vice-president of the Fédération Française de Rugby and a World Rugby Council member.
