Former Watford midfielder hit with 11-match ban for racist abuse of team-mate
Former Watford midfielder Pierre Dwomoh, a 22-year-old Belgian, has been handed an 11-match ban by the FA after being found guilty of racially abusing a team-mate of Indian heritage, referred to as Player A. An independent disciplinary commission ruled the offences as 'very serious' and 'completely unacceptable,' occurring on two separate occasions during Watford under-21 matches in October and November last year. Dwomoh ultimately admitted to two charges against him.
