Formula 1 2027: Calendar to have 10 sprint races next year, including Monaco

Formula 1 has expanded its sprint race format from six to 10 events for the 2027 World Championship. Five venues will host sprint races for the first time: Bahrain, Australia, Japan, Monaco, and Abu Dhabi, while Canada, Britain, Italy, Brazil, and Qatar retain their sprint events. The announcement was made alongside the formal release of the 2027 F1 calendar.
