Formula 1 News: Russell set for another grid penalty in Vegas
George Russell is set to take another grid penalty at the Las Vegas Grand Prix, where Mercedes plans to introduce an upgraded power unit component. The new part was originally targeted for Austin, but scheduling changed following Russell's engine failure in Malaysia and a replacement in Singapore. Russell's title chances have diminished significantly, with teammate Kimi Antonelli now 102 points ahead, while Mercedes deputy boss Bradley Lord confirmed both cars are expected to run the newer aerodynamic specification in Austin.
